注179:蘇族人從未接受美國佔領黑山的事實,但1980年時,美國最高法院發現政府當時不僅違反拉勒米堡條約,也未將土地的費用支付給蘇族。加上這一百年的代管利息,欠款金額高達一億美金。但蘇族人不接受這筆酬勞,而是要秋政府歸還土地。因此這筆酬勞仍存放於原住民事務部(Bureau of Indian Affairs)的賬戶中累積複利,截至2020年,金額已高達57,000萬美元。
